Spinal Energetics

Spinal Energetics is a modality created by Chiropractor and Counsellor Dr Sarah Jane. It combines eastern and western practices and philosophies to interact with the nervous system, energetic field  and spine.

Through light yet powerful touch (sometimes no touch) an organic flow of movement and sound progresses to shift, unwind, discover and release tension, resistance and stories that may have been stored in the body. The movements and sounds are natural and primordial, they are a response to the treatment and are driven by an individual"s energy, intuition and instinct.

Sessions are as unique as each individual. Not all clients will have movements or respond in the same way. It is important to note that movement alone is not an indication of an effective session. 

Some people move a little, some move a lot. For some it may take months or you may never have movement. The amount of movement does not directly correlate to the amount of depth or benefits a person may receive during a session.
